After having a bad experience with another company, a neighbor suggested that I call Northpoint Heating & Air when my AC system started to fail. That was about 4 years ago.
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the staff at Northpoint.
Every time I have needed their services, the technicians were there when they said they would be there. I was so impressed with the staff I will never call anyone else! I have since replaced both HVAC units, run additional gas lines, installed gas logs and purchased a top of the line gas grill. Each and every time, I was treated fairly and responsibly.
It is refreshing to work with a company like Northpoint Heating & Air.
Not only are they competent, they are also prompt, respectful and completely trustworthy which is not often found in this business.
